  1. How has Fort Collins changed since you moved here?
  • More people; traffic
  • Dynamic growth
  • Bank at Harmony & Timberline
  • Swallow was edge of town (1967)
  • Larger city; more congested; more bike paths, more mass transit;  larger CSU; better Science Museum; more city parks and natural areas
  • “Fort Boulder”:  creating bike paths; schools copying Boulder with what’s allowed; property values like Boulder—sky rocketing. 
  • Homeless:  young folks here for pot; 2X more than last summer; park for camping?
  1. Random thoughts that were written down:
  • Involved in Teacher of the Month:  Got to go to almost all schools in the District.  One principal introduced their teacher of the month with a power point and then wouldn’t sit!   Bonnie was Prez when this started.
  • Lynn’s reason for going for District Governor was Bonnie Titley.
  • Got Scholarship started.
  • Need to use the skills of the most experienced members
