After a short introduction by Rotarian Bob Simmons, Dr. Manfred Diehl, Director of CSU's Center on Aging, began by noting that we live in an era of aging explosion. 25,200,000 people, about 13% of the population, fall into the aging category, and the numbers are expected to increase. We must, he added, motivate these people to understand and take responsibility for aging.
