The Rotary Club of Fort Collins welcomes you to get involved with business and professional leaders, representing a multitude of vocations in our community, in providing humanitarian service, encouraging high ethical standards and fostering good will and friendship throughout the world, beginning right here in Northern Colorado.

The Rotary Club of Fort Collins supports and participates in a variety of community-based projects. We are active in supporting programs and working with dedicated agencies such as Matthews House to assist at-risk youth in Larimer County. We provide charitable grants to several other local service organizations; lead many youth-oriented projects, such as the Four-Way Test program that introduces high ethical standards to junior high students; and Rotary Read, to encourage literacy and good reading habits among our children.

Each year, our club supports local students in their participation in Rotary Youth Leadership Awards, Rotary Youth Exchanges and provides numerous scholarships for post-secondary education. Each month, the club recognizes an outstanding public school teacher, high school student and ROTC Cadet. Annually we recognize a Master Agriculturist and join two other Rotary clubs in Fort Collins in recognizing the Poudre School District Teacher of the Year.

In collaboration with three other Fort Collins Rotary Clubs, we have provided significant financial support for the construction and programming for the Children’s Garden at Spring Creek and the Inspiration Playground at Spring Canyon Community Park. In addition, our club has built and maintains the Rotary Farm Heritage Museum at Lee Martinez Park.

The Rotary Club of Fort Collins, working closely with the Rotary Foundation, Rotary clubs in developing countries and service organizations such as Engineers Without Borders, has completed numerous potable water projects in poor communities in Asia and Latin America; supported a variety of health-related service projects; and led the way in developing programs to help prevent and control devastating mosquito-borne diseases such as West Nile and Dengue Fever. In addition, our club has supported numerous projects to equip schools, provide microcredit for self-sustaining business enterprises and support a wide variety of other health and education initiatives in poor communities around the world.

If you are interested in joining a network of locally involved leaders and professionals who are active and involved in their community and are passionate about helping those in need, all in the spirit of making friends and having fun, then the Rotary Club of Fort Collins may be for you.
