About The Rotary Club of Fort Collins Leadership Academy 

The Rotary Club of Fort Collins Leadership Academy is a dynamic 6-week cohort-based program designed to foster a community where aspiring leaders can hone their skills, exchange ideas, and thrive collectively. 

Taught by esteemed community leaders, topics include Personal Leadership, Public Speaking, Strategic Planning & Vision Setting, Project Management & Facilitation, Change Management, and Execution Fundamentals. 

Rotary Leadership Academy was created with two goals in mind:

  1. To establish a reputation for the Rotary Club of Fort Collins as a place where individuals can grow as leaders in their personal and professional lives
  2. To help cultivate the future leadership of our community and our club

The 2024 Cohort is Full! 
Rotary Leadership Academy cohorts span 6 months, with one 3-hour session per month throughout the cohort. 
 
Cohort Pricing: $500
Schedule: Sessions are held on the 2nd Thursday of each month April through September 
 
Additional details:
  • Cohorts are limited to 10 people 
  • Homework or pre-work may be requested by session leaders to enhance the impact of their sessions
  • Sessions are in-person in Fort Collins
  • Participants can not miss more than 1 session to successfully complete the program 
  • Session duration will be up to 3 hours and will feature light dinner for each participant 
  • Participants will be required to complete a checklist of activities in addition to attending the sessions, including: attending a Rotary Club of Fort Collins board meeting, giving a short personal presentation during one of the meeting times, supporting the annual golf tournament, etc. 
  • A certificate of completion will be provided
