James E. Morrison (1893-1978)
- Director of the Colorado A & M Extension program (1931-1958)
- Logan County Extension Agent (1918-1931)
- Hired all county and home extension agents, judged State Fair.
- Farmed 84 acres east of Fort Collins for 23 years.
- Loyal Rotarian till his death in 1978.
The James Morrison Memorial Scholarship was established by Mrs. June Ogden in memory of her father, James Morrison, a Rotarian. James Morrison served as Director of Cooperative Extension at Colorado A & M (now Colorado State University). Recipient must have graduated from Fort Collins High School and must attend Colorado State University.
