Wednesday, May 16 District Governor Bill Emsley, his wife Tracey, and Sudeep from Nepal, visited RCFC and re-presented Bill Timpson with the District 5440 Rotarian of the Year honor. DG Emsley praised Timpson for his leadership in Peace and Reconciliation worldwide, and his initiatives within and through Rotary to bring peace.
