This Wednesday, the 7th of August, RCFC welcomes Estes Park resident Captain Richard "Dick" Life, a retired US Navy intelligence collector and analyst. Captain Life, trained by the Defense Intelligence Agency and CIA, has devoted five decades to studying and personally observing the USSR and Russia. He will share his experience in the real world of a U.S. Navy Intelligence Officer during the Cold War. All information and examples presented are now unclassified.
