Research has shown most Rotarians join for the Service, but stay because of Fellowship. One idea for your own mental health is take time to call family, friends and fellow Rotarians with no agenda other than to check in and keep the fellowship going. Besides checking on their well-being, you may find an opportunity for service within our membership. Any interesting ideas to avoid isolation, or stories for publication would be welcome.
