Born in Chula Vista, CA, Dustin's family moved to Loveland in 1988. He grew up in the restaurant business where he learned to work hard and provide excellent customer service. He has done several volunteer jobs including in churches with IT work and has his own LLC with his wife of 13 years, Jodie. He and Jodie became foster parents in 2016 with two teenage boys, then fostered two teenage girls, and now are considering adopting a child in the future. He and Jodie both currently work at Woodward.
