Greg Lewis is the Executive Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations for Colorado State University (CSU).  Working hand-in-hand with the Office of the Vice President for Research, Career Centers, and CSU’s colleges and centers, Greg and his team represent the University to corporate and foundation constituents, build mutually beneficial relationships, and promote CSU’s funding priorities to its external partners. He came to CSU in January 2016 after five years in corporate and foundation relations at the University of Arkansas.
Prior to working in the advancement of higher education, Greg was the Director of the Revitalizing Older Cities Initiative at the Washington, D.C.-based, Northeast-Midwest Institute, a non-profit policy research organization. While with the Institute, Greg authored several reports to the US Environmental Protection Agency on brownfield remediation and sustainable land reuse.  Preceding his career with non-profits and higher education, he worked for over a decade in mortgage banking.  Greg holds a B.A. in Political Science and an M.A. in Geography from the University of Montana. Greg and his wife, Linda, have one son, Andrew, who is entering his Junior year at Poudre High School, and two dogs, an Australian Shepard and a Golden Retriever. In his free time, he enjoys all the outdoor opportunities offered by living in beautiful Colorado and his home state of Montana.
